Future Heating of Industrial Furnaces
Many people view climate change as the biggest threat to mankind. Technical, but also social efforts will be required to meet the goals, formulated in the “Paris Climate Agreement”, to limit global warming to less than 2°C and preferably less than 1.5°C. Thus, we have to increase our efforts to drastically lower emissions, especially CO2 and NOX. High efficient heat exchangers, combustion technology, alternative fuel gases and electric heating provide solutions to meet such challenges.
